On July 22, China Electronic Information Industrial Association released an economic operation report of

electronic information industry in the first half of the year.

As the report shows, the domestic electronic information market maintains robust growth. In the first half

of the year,the output within the industry is increased by 15.1% when compared to that of the first half

of last year. In particular,the segments of information consumption and application market are quite active:

telecommunication business is increased by 23.2%; online retail sales 39.1%, almost 30% higher than the

whole retail industry growth.

In the meantime, network related electronic products gain strength.The sales growth of medical electronics,

auto electronics, wearable equipment and intelligent home is over 15% while that of smart phone and smart TV

is more than 10%.

The director of Electronic Enterprise Association Mr. Dong Yunting claimed that the depth integration of information

&industry together with the fast developments of network related industries and information consumption promote

the rapid growth of domestic electronic information market demand.
